Her Legs without circulation

When I took this photo it would be another two hours before a surgeon was called!! This is how her legs looked mottled in purple and white.  Due to her pulseless legs, she was unable to move for 7 or so of those 9 hours she was refused emergency care!   She was trapped in her bed and I couldn't carry her.  Anyone, especially medical professionals would consider this very critical.   She apparently wasn't important enough to help!
